If you have been looking for the ultimate Lexicon 480L, this is the one. This just got back from a full servicing / refurbishing. Main unit and the Larc got a full recap, along with a full checkup, calibration, battery replacement, cleaning, and anything else it may have needed. We went all out on getting this running smoothly (with a big cost in repairs) so you won't have any issues. It also includes original manual and a couple great upgrades: the bottom slot comes with the sampling card, which is a rare extra card that you hardly see on other Lexicon 480Ls and is worth $500 on its own. It also has a great custom mod giving it preloaded internal switching to change between regular presets and the 224XL Classic Cartridge presets (the yellow card everyone loves but now you no longer need it because the sounds are built right in). An awesome useful upgrade. V4.11 is the final OS version and the most desirable.

In excellent shape & 100% functional, LARC screen is bright and easy to read. Great shape overall with some minor signs of wear. No funky smells, grime or rusty parts like you see on many of these old units, and you almost never find them fully refurbished like this one. Includes main unit, LARC, larc cable, power cable, rare sampling card (bottom slot of the rack), frequency response graphs made after repairs were completed and original manual.
The 480L is one of the greatest most classic vintage reverbs, used on hundreds of hits back in the day & still sounds incredible in the modern studio. Unlike anything else, this reverb just fits so well in the mix, perfect for drums, vocals, anything you throw at it. I've compared to the best modern plug-ins and hardware reverbs and there is still nothing that has the same sound of the real 480L.
