PRS Paul Reed Smith McCarty Gold Top 2000This guitar is in excellent shape. Comes from original owner who purchased this new in 2000, and used it maybe a handful of times. The remainder of time it was stored in the hardshell case. The case shows some sticker residue, but the guitar itself looks pretty much perfect minus minor discoloration on the pickup covers and some very minor signs of wear on the guitar. Includes all the original contents as pictured. The guitar itself is in super clean shape, plays and sounds excellent. Recently checked out and gone over by our in-house guitar expert. Here is what our guitarist had to say "No fret buzzing or intonation issues, frets are in unbelievably great condition for a 20 year old guitar. After playing it for a little while and taking some measurements, I believe it to have the “Wide/Fat” neck profile, pickups are standard McCarty style and sound beefy and thick, output is on par with a Gibson PAF style humbucker, coil tap circuit works great and barely drops any volume. Electronics all appear to be original and in good condition, truss rod has plenty of life left in it, pickup covers display slight patina as is common on nickel pickup covers, tuners are all in good condition and don’t slip, nut appears to be original and is in great shape, 2 small finish dings on the back of the lower bout. Includes truss rod wrench, bridge allen wrench, original hang-tag/COA, PRS sticker, warranty form, PRS 1999 catalogue, and case keys. Overall excellent condition"
