The hash symbol near the base is the Munich Siemens code, the letter and year shown next to the # hash symbol. Tested on our Amplitrex AT1000. This tube is likely NOS New-Old-Stock / never used, from a private tube collector who had this in home climate controlled home studio likely for the past 10-20 years.
