For sale is a rare vintage RCA negative peak limiter known as the "Power Max". It was designed during the 1950s and used for AM radio stations at the beginning of the AM radio station loudness wars. A non linear limiter designed to extend the coverage of radio stations. For optimum performance it should be used following a RCA BA6A or other tube compressor. This a very late model as it is silver and not RCA umber gray and the same color as the RCA BA6C which was also silver. It's in good shape and working great.
