For sale is a rare vintage E-MU Systems SP-1200 8-Voice Drum Machine Sampler. It's in great shape for its age with some minor signs of wear. Tested and fully functional. Screen is bright and easy to read, and the disk drive works well. We performed minor servicing as needed to the buttons and pads so they are all working as they should. Includes power cable and 1 floppy disk which includes some sounds and operating system OS1.2. We have a huge library available if interested in purchasing additional sound sets at $50/disk. It will be well packed for the trip.
This reissue has the classic 7030 filter chips. Judging from serial number it is a 1993 reissue. Reissue SP1200s are preferred over the OG gray ones because they do no have hot or failing power supplies like the original and they also can work on worldwide power automatically without having to do any setting changes. Also being made several years after the OG units they will have less age, wear and tear on them than the original gray models.
