- Filter does not bypass when switched to "Out" mode
- When in LF mode switching to 5KC drops the output signal by approximately 15 dB, all the rest of the frequencies work as normal
- As the Frequency pot electronics are both completely sealed with a crimp it is not possible to repair them, they would need to be replaced entirely
#12702 - price is $2000
- Tested, unit passes signal
- Both frequency knobs are scratchy
- the right frequency knob imparts noise onto the signal at 250 and 500
- The left frequency knob allows all frequencies through at 4KC and 5KC while drastically cutting off previous frequencies.
- Knobs were exercised and attempted to be sprayed out
- Due to the design of the EQ being crimped into a sealed canister it cannot be repaired, only replaced.
- EQ Curve does not match Unit #12703
