For sale is a very rare Fairchild 602 Stereo Tube Compressor. It's in good shape and working great. Sounds fantastic. Apparently this model also has same input transformers that are in the legendary 660 / 670, so if you are in need of those original parts for your units, this might be a good chance to source them (please do your own research to verify). This unit appears to have original caps. While the caps test fine and the unit operates, our technicians do recommend a recap for future proofing / reliability. We can do a recap for additional cost, contact us if you'd like that added to your order. It appears this may have originally been a Fairchild 600 that perhaps was converted to a 602 at some point. The rear label indicates 600 while the front has been stickered over with 602.
