Fairchild 670 Stereo Tube Compressor + 6386 Tubes
For sale is a rare vintage Fairchild 670 stereo analog tube compressor limiter. This one is in immaculate shape with only minor signs of wear, surely one of the cleanest ones left on the planet. These are legendary for a reason, they sound fantastic and have been used on hundreds of hit records. They hardly ever show up for sale and are very hard to find, let alone in this clean condition. Also included is a matched octet set of spare JJ Electronic 6386 tubes (had to go through over 30 of these tubes to get 8 that closely matched). This is fully functional and ready to go. These are great recording tools but also an excellent investment as one of the most historic outboard pieces ever made, with only so many left in existence.
