Sony C-57 Vintage Tube Microphone Rare Stereo Pair C57

For sale is a very rare stereo pair of vintage Sony C-57 tube microphones. They include power supplies, mic power cables, mic cases and larger carrying cases that hold the mic, power supply and cables all together in one case. Also included is a print out frequency response chart. These mics are precursors to the Sony C-37A and are lovely sounding microphones. They are under the radar as they aren't as well known as a C-37a but still available at a bargain price for the sound quality compared to how much similar mics like a tube C37a have climbed in price. Cosmetically they are in nice shape for their age with some minor signs of wear. Functionally they are both working and sounding great, although we did notice an occasional slight crackle to one of the mics. Our tech commented that the power supplies could also use a preventative maintenance recap.
