Collins 212Y with Original Cable & Carry Bag 
For sale is a rare vintage Collins 212Y tube microphone ribbon preamp with original bag. This unit was fully serviced by our tech as needed and is fully functional. Excellent sounding unit. It's been recap, pot replaced, NFB was fine tuned for better freq response as well as input strapping was converted to 600 ohm. Tubes were checked. Pig tail was added. Power cable was converted to 3 prong. It's ready to go! These hardly ever show up for sale, last one we could find that sold was over 4 years ago for $2000 and it didn't look as nice as this or serviced (and most gear within the past few years has doubled in price). According to the manual this unit provides up to 85db of gain!
