For sale is a rare vintage RCA BC-7A Dual Channel Mixing Console. This came from a collector's private smoke free home collection, and he original got it from a nearby radio station that was clearing out old equipment. It hasn't been used likely in 30+ years. We gave it a brief test and it appears to be passing signal, but the signal sounded distorted. Most likely due to old original capacitors, the modules could use a recap. In general this console could use a servicing. Due to the age it is sold as-is, no warranties, guarantees, refunds or returns, for parts/repairs. We can service it for additional cost, inquire if interested. Some brief tech notes: Channel 1-4 preamps work, channel 5's amp does not work. Channel 6 amp is missing the input transformer. 5a and 7-8 are blank. 9-10 isolation amps pass audio. Unable to get signal to Channel 1 PGM amp. Overall, the console passes audio. We could not get sound out of console speaker or using the intercom amp. The meters work, but the bulb in each is burnt out.
