The 023 MALFA Mic is a once-private collaboration with hit-making producer MALFA, now released to the world in a strictly limited run. Building on the beloved 023 Bomblet, MALFA collaborated with our team to personally modify the 023 capsule, making intentional tuning adjustments targeted for today’s modern, radio-ready mixes. The result is the 023 Malfa, a truly handmade microphone with a gentle presence lift and more forward accent, retaining all the same forgiving character that the 023 Series has become known for.
This exclusive edition is limited to a handful of microphones worldwide. The 023 MALFA features a satin-black mid-section with the Malfa capsule and logo in the deluxe set, including a handcrafted oak suitcase, custom shockmount and hardmount, and mic cable.
The 023 MALFA is an easy choice for mix-ready pop vocals, acoustic textures, and any source that needs polish without harshness.
The 023 Malfa is available as a standalone capsule, compatible with current gen 023 and 017 Series Soyuz large diaphragm microphones.
