For sale is a rare vintage Yamaha TX-802 Tone Generator Rackmount Synthesizer. It's in very clean cosmetic shape for its age. Unfortunately this unit does not function properly. It powers up and screen is bright, but the screen shows some garbled gibberish at times. At other times, it shows text but doesn't respond to button presses or output proper sounds as it should. Sometimes no sounds come out, sometimes random sounds come out. We are too busy on projects to have it serviced right now. It is sold for parts/repairs, as-is, no warranties, guarantees, refunds or returns.
