For sale is a rare vintage Ampex AG440 4-track reel to reel tape machine. Includes 4 preamp channels. We have not has time to test this, we are selling it as-is, untested, no warranties, guarantees, refunds or returns. It will likely need servicing. Previous owner mentioned none of the preamp channels passed audio signal, and the tape machine motors mechanisms worked but the heads likely need a relapping. Again we have not tested it so we cannot verify any of this information.
