For sale is a BAE 312, this is a vintage Brent Averill unit with a vintage API 312 mic pre fitted into a 500 series format. These were personally purchased from Puff Daddy's head engineer from Daddy's House Recording Studio. They were looked over by our tech and are fully functional. Great sounding mic pre, hard to find these early BAE 312s. We have a second one available for sale in a separate listing. This one has Studio Systems Division Opamp 2520, which apparently are very early NY ones before Huntington and Melville. These early opamps are known for their warm sound.
