It comes with a cool mod with two Triad 67J's on channel 3 & 4 mic inputs, with front panel switch to select from XLR input (on the rear) to instrument input (on the side). Great sounding Germanium transistor 4 channel input mixer pre amp. Includes outer case and case cover. Includes copy of Instruction Book.
