Digital Audio Denmark DAD AX32R 8-48 Channel AD/DA Converter and Digital Audio Matrix

AX32 is a multi-channel audio converter and modular microphone preamplifier for independent simultaneous AD and DA conversion as well as a digital format converter and router. The AX32 has as standard 8 stereo AES3 inputs and outputs and one MADI input and output connection. The AX32 can be fitted with up to 6 analogue cards or up to 8 digital cards. Optionally AX32 can be installed with a 64 ch. Dante module and a dual MADI and DADink module.

The DAD routing engine provides a 1,424x1,424 matrix where all inputs and outputs can be patched in any combination. In addition, a 256x32 channel summing processor is also available. Eight slots are available for optional expansion cards.
