MCI JH-100 Tape Machine + Auto Locator
For sale is a rare vintage MCI JH-100 / JH-16 2" 16-track reel to reel tape machine. All discrete with transformers. It looks to be in excellent shape and was kept in storage by a vintage gear collector, unused likely for the past 20+ years. It powers up but doesn't appear to be operating correctly, our technician commented it likely just needs a full recap and cleaning and that would solve a lot of the issues. We don't have time to service it and don't specialize in tape machines. Due to this it is sold as-is, for parts/repairs, no functional warranties, no guarantees, no returns or refunds. Includes auto-locator. Would make a great spare-parts machine or project for someone to restore.
