For sale is a very rare sequential serial number stereo pair of vintage Neumann U87 Large-diaphragm condenser microphones. Incredibly rare to find a sequential serial number pair of these, serial numbers 40956 and 40957. What also makes these special is they came from the legendary Clinton Recording Studio in New York, which recorded many famous artists like Frank Sinatra, Steely Dan, Bob Dylan, Sting, Beyonce and Bruce Springsteen. They were just checked out by our local professional mic tech who had the capsules re-diaphragm. They are tested, fully functional and sounding excellent. Includes the two pictured spider mounts and hard case.
