Sold as-is for parts/repairs, no warranties, guarantees, refunds or returns. As far as we could evaluate on a quick assessment: the screen is not working, no output signal, the buttons light up, some functions (bpm slider/velocity pads etc) appear to work and includes memory card. There is some cosmetic wear as well.
