For sale is a rare vintage Smart Research C1 Stereo Compressor. This is the original black face unit built by Engine Room in 1988. Tested and fully functional. From original owner's home studio, who was more of a hobbyist collector than a user so it mostly sat unused. Cosmetically it does have some rack rash scratches from being in a rack, but the front faceplate is in good shape. We performed minor servicing as needed including recapping some old caps that needed replacement.
