For sale is a rare vintage Yamaha PM1000 16 channel analog console with some mega upgrades. It's in great shape and fully functional, sounds awesome and ready to make music.
This PM1000 has the following upgrades:
- External PSU with long power cable (no more crappy internal psu), with excess amperage for better headroom. This is a switch mode power supply, meaning it is more efficient (and less $ on your electric bill), but has extra filtering on the output for audio. This work would cost easily $1500+ from a tech
- 14 direct outs on elco cable, w/ transformers
- Completely recapped, with higher value caps providing more headroom and lower bass response
- EQ Neve Mod (classic mod for a PM1000)
